Join the Digital B2B Distribution Network for South-East Bari

Are you a tourism operator based in the Sud-Est Barese (Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, Valle d’Itria, and surrounding areas)?

Matching Apulia (booking.matchingapulia.it) is the premier B2B digital marketplace engineered and managed by Ospito Consorzio a r.l. Our infrastructure connects verified local hospitality, tour, and transport providers directly with international buyers, travel agencies, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs). By becoming a Seller on our platform, you can digitize your inventory, optimize your distribution channels, and scale your business within a secure, professional network.

THE ROADMAP: HOW TO BECOME A SELLER

1. Submit an Expression of Interest

To initiate the onboarding process, click the "Register as Seller" button. You will be required to submit your corporate profile, primary contact information, and specify your operational sector (Accommodations, Tours & Experiences, or Transfers).

2. Signing the Operational Convention (La Convenzione)

Participation as a Seller on Matching Apulia is strictly regulated by a formal Operational Convention (Convenzione)stipulated directly between your company and Ospito Consorzio a r.l. This legally binding agreement defines the commercial framework, commission structures, digital distribution rights, and technical parameters governing our partnership.

3. Technical Integration & Training

Once the Convention is signed, our technical team will activate your secure Extranet account.

For Accommodations: We support automated XML/API synchronization with major Channel Managers and Property Management Systems (PMS) to stream your rates and real-time availability.

For Tours & Transfers: We provide an intuitive interface to configure your calendars, passenger capacities, time slots, and logistical constraints.

REGULATORY & FISCAL COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK

To protect the integrity of the ecosystem and ensure full compliance with Italian and European laws, all Sellers must satisfy specific legal, regulatory, and administrative criteria during the onboarding phase:

A. Operational Licensing & Public Authorizations

All suppliers must possess valid, active administrative authorizations required by Italian law to operate within their specific industry:

Accommodations: Must provide their Regional Identification Code (CIR/CIS), municipal notification of start of activity (SCIA), and adhere strictly to public safety guest reporting obligations via the State Police portal (Alloggiati Web - TULPS).

Transfers & Logistics: Drivers and transport companies must hold valid NCC licenses (Noleggio con Conducente) and comprehensive commercial passenger insurance policies.

Tours & Experiences: Tour guides and instructors must be fully certified, licensed by the Region of Apulia, and carry valid professional liability insurance.

B. Fiscal Transparency & Electronic Invoicing (Fatturazione Elettronica)

In accordance with Italian tax regulations, the Operational Convention outlines the precise transactional matrix between the Seller, the Buyer, and the Consortium:

All listed rates must explicitly state the applicable Italian VAT (IVA – Imposta sul Valore Aggiunto), whether it is 10% (hospitality/passenger transport) or 22% (activities/corporate services).

All transactions processed through the platform’s secure gateway will generate standardized electronic invoices routed through the Italian Revenue Agency's exchange system (SDI - Sistema di Interscambio).

C. Civil Code Compliance & Cancellation Policies

Sellers must configure clear, transparent cancellation matrices on their profiles. In the event of a dispute, contractual deposits and non-refundable rates will be governed strictly under Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code (Caparra Confirmatoria), protecting both the supplier's inventory and the buyer's procurement rights.

D. Data Protection (GDPR)

Sellers are required to process guest and buyer personal data in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679), utilizing the platform's data strictly for operational fulfillment.
