To maintain a secure, highly professional, and legally compliant ecosystem, access to our inventory is strictly controlled. Below is the step-by-step framework for onboarding and executing bookings on our platform.
STEP 1: ELIGIBILITY & THE ONBOARDING PROCESS
1. Exclusive B2B Access
Matching Apulia is strictly reserved for verified travel industry professionals (such as Tour Operators, Destination Management Companies, Travel Agencies, and Corporate Event Planners). We do not accept registrations from the general public or unregistered intermediaries.
2. Board of Directors Approval (Approvazione del CdA)
To ensure the highest standards of reliability and compliance within our network, all applications are subject to a rigorous vetting process. Final admission to the platform requires formal review and explicit approval by the Board of Directors (Consiglio di Amministrazione - CdA) of Ospito Consorzio a r.l.
3. Commercial Agreement Stipulation
Access to our real-time booking engine and net B2B rates is contingent upon the signing of a formal Commercial Agreement between your organization and Ospito Consorzio a r.l. This contract defines the legal framework, payment terms, commission structures (or net pricing matrices), and cancellation liabilities governing all future transactions.
How to apply: Click on the "Register" button in the portal header, submit your corporate credentials (company registration, VAT/Tax ID, and tourism licenses), and our partnership team will reach out to initiate the contract stipulation process.
STEP 2: SEARCHING THE INVENTORY
Once your account has been approved by the Board of Directors and activated, log in to the secure extranet to access our regional catalog. Our interface allows you to query real-time availability across three primary service pillars:
Accommodations: Search by date, location, and property type (masserie, boutique hotels, trulli, or holiday homes). Filter by specific allocations, board basis, and policy types.
Tours & Experiences: Browse localized experiential activities, cultural guided tours, boat excursions, and culinary workshops.
Transfers: Book private passenger transport (NCC) point-to-point, or coordinate airport shuttles synchronized with your clients' flight itineraries.
STEP 3: DYNAMIC PACKAGING & CHECKOUT
Our platform features an advanced cart matrix that allows you to bundle different tourism products into a single, cohesive itinerary.
Add to Cart: Select the desired accommodation units, tours, or transfer legs and add them to your reservation queue.
Review Policies: Before proceeding, carefully review the specific cancellation matrix, deposit requirements (caparra confirmatoria under Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code), and terms of service attached to each individual item in your cart.
Enter Guest Details: Input the names and specific requirements of the final travelers. Please ensure names match their official travel documents to comply with Italian Public Safety registration laws (TULPS).
STEP 4: PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Secure Transactions
All transactions are processed through highly secure, encrypted merchant gateways fully compliant with EU PSD2 regulations and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) protocols.
Confirmation Status
Instant Confirmation: For services synced via API/Channel Manager, your booking is finalized immediately upon payment authorization.
On-Request: For customized or capacity-restricted experiences, the supplier has up to 24 hours to confirm availability.
Documentation
Upon successful completion of the booking workflow, the platform will automatically generate your B2B Booking Vouchers and send them to your registered corporate email. These vouchers contain all operational data, pick-up instructions, and supplier emergency contacts. Electronic invoicing (Fatturazione Elettronica) will follow the standard procedures outlined in our commercial agreement via the Italian SDI network.
