Dear Buyer, to ensure a safe, organized, and absolutely delicious experience for all participants, please carefully read and adhere to our tour policies:
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies: Your health and enjoyment are our top priorities. You must inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), or pregnancy-related restrictions at the time of booking, or at least 48 hours prior to the tour. While our partners will do their best to accommodate, custom alternatives cannot be guaranteed on the spot without prior notice.
Punctuality & Logistics: The tour departs promptly to respect the strict production schedules of our host estates. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes early. If you are joining via your own transport, detailed GPS coordinates of the first estate will be provided. Late arrivals cannot catch up with the group once production tours begin and will forfeit their booking without a refund.
Footwear & Safety in Production Areas: We will be visiting active production sites, including damp wine cellars and working farms. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes (sneakers or walking shoes) are mandatory. High heels, sandals, or flip-flops are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Hygiene Regulations: When entering food preparation environments (such as the cheese-making area), guests must strictly follow the hygiene protocols provided by the producer, which may include wearing disposable hairnets, shoe covers, or gowns provided on-site.
Alcohol Consumption: Wine and liqueur tastings are intended for guests aged 18 and older. We promote responsible drinking; spittoons will be available at all wine tastings. Guests choosing our self-drive option must nominate a designated driver who will be offered non-alcoholic regional beverages.
Cancellations & Changes: Free cancellation with a full refund is available up to 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable due to the fresh food preparation and reservations held with our artisan partners.
From Farm to Fork: An Authentic Journey into the Flavors, Traditions, and Soul of Apulia.
Embark on the ultimate culinary pilgrimage through the fertile lands of Apulia, where food is a religion and tradition is passed down through generations. This premium food and wine tour takes you behind the scenes of the region's finest artisanal estates. Instead of standard tastings, you will step directly into the working fields, ancient olive groves, and historic cellars to meet the passionate producers keeping Apulian heritage alive.
Our journey winds through the picturesque countryside, stopping at strictly selected, family-run farms. You will witness the magical craft of cheese-making, stand among ancient olive trees that have fueled the Mediterranean for centuries, and walk through sun-drenched vineyards producing bold, world-class wines. This is not just a tasting tour; it is an immersive sensory experience that connects you deeply with the people and the land.
Tour Highlights:
The Gold of Puglia (Olive Oil Tasting): Visit an ancient frantoio (olive mill) to learn the rigorous process of pressing Extra Virgin Olive Oil, followed by a professional, guided blind-tasting session.
The Art of Caseificio (Live Cheese Making): Watch a master cheese-maker spin fresh milk into Mozzarella and Burrata, and taste it while it is still warm.
Vineyard Walk & Wine Masterclass: Tour a boutique historic winery, explore the barrel rooms, and enjoy a curated tasting of iconic local varietals like Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Susumaniello.
The Apulian Lunch: Conclude your day at a traditional masseria with an authentic, multi-course lunch featuring handmade orecchiette pasta, local cured meats, seasonal vegetables, and traditional taralli.
